Mony Zenou: Founder, President & CEO
As the POS industry continues to vastly diversify within the modern digital era as we know it, Mony Zenou’s 25+ years of extensive knowledge, experience and hard work has been a fundamental factor in his success and overall contribution to the industry. Today, Mr. Zenou is the founder, chairman, President & CEO of iPOS Systems, LLC. However, Mr. Zenou began his journey in the payment industry when he founded, led and managed an Israeli company called Lipman in the robust American market, eventually earning the title of President and CEO of Lipman USA from January 1993 – October 2004. VeriFone acquired Lipman and all of its subsidiaries, including its American subsidiary Lipman USA (“Lipman Group”), for $798 million in October 2005. In 2006, Mr. Zenou engaged with Gemalto to be the exclusive representative of its Magic POS product line. Subsequent to VeriFone’s acquisition of Gemalto in 2011, Mr. Zenou then established a long-term partnership with Taiwanese based manufacturer Castles Technologies Co. LTD for its Vega and more recently, its Android product lines. In all of the aforementioned ventures, Mr. Zenou managed to transform and develop multiple unknown product lines into household names, trusted and supported by many processors, ISO’s, ISV’s and millions of merchants across North America.
As a leader who continues to revolutionize and expand the boundaries of an industry that has become the backbone of the global economy, Mr. Zenou’s commitment to providing a high level of service, innovation, quick time-to-market and cloud-based added value services makes Dejavoo’s POS products desirable, reliable and cost-effective. In today’s market, differentiation is key to customer retention and profit and with this in mind Dejavoo products have been carefully designed to deliver the highest level of sophistication by offering intuitive, customer friendly applications.
Dejavoo’s commitment to service and custom application has earned it a close relationship with over 500 resellers, trusted distributors and countless integrators.
Prior to his start at Lipman, Mr. Zenou served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and received two distinguished awards for excellence in the IDF Prestigious School of Sergeants and Officers, as well as a Medal of Honor for his bravery and leadership in battle throughout his service. Afterward, Mr. Zenou graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations. Moreover, because of his understanding of the importance of globalization in business from a young age, he completed a nine-month course in French language and culture at the Sorbonne Université in Paris, France. Mr. Zenou is fluent in Hebrew, French and English. Today, Mr. Zenou resides in Long Island, NY with his wife, Mira and four children.

Joe Casella: Chief Operating Officer
Joe Casella brings expertise in technical support management, as well as operations and facilities management. Joe began as one of the original Technical Support Managers at Lipman USA, 1993. While at Lipman Joe’s primary responsibility was to lead the technical support services group, but Joe also played a major role in customer service, the repair department, quality assurance, documentation, product training, and project management. In 2005 he was promoted to VP of operations of Lipman USA running the, HR, logistics and customer service, project management, quality assurance departments, and daily operations of the company.
Joe works closely with the CEO to develop and implement new strategies, products and new markets. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree from New York Institute of Technology.

Enrique Menocal: Chief Financial Officer
Enrique has 38 years of experience as a CPA, an Entrepreneur and as an SEC Financial and Operations Principal in various pertinent fields, which collectively give him a comprehensive base as our Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
From 2017 to 2019, Enrique was the Chief Financial Officer of a company dedicated to the reconstruction of housing units damaged during Hurricane Maria. During that period his company for repairing approximately 1,200 homes on the island.
For 21 years prior, along with two partners, Enrique was the CFO of a private Real Estate Development company, and also Construction Program Manager and Public Housing Manager for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration. During that period, he helped plan, design, permit, build and sell over 1,000 single-family residential units. Enrique also helped program manage the modernization of approximately a dozen Public Housing Projects with over $200 million in contracts, of which he was also the Procurement Director. During much of that time he also oversaw a management agent contract for the privatization of approximately 4,100 Public Housing Residential units in 32 projects.
Previously, Enrique he was the CFO & FinOp of Lehman Brothers Puerto Rico as well as an SVP in Lehman Brothers Inc. He was one of a handful of Puerto Rico residents to ever become a FinOp (Series 27). Lehman Brothers Puerto Rico Inc. was a standalone institutional broker dealer that reported directly to the NYSE.
From 1981 through 1988, Enrique worked as a CPA/Audit Manager for Coopers & Lybrand, specializing in the Financial Services Industry. As an auditor, his primary responsibilities included the preparation of audit reports, financial statements, and all Puerto Rico and U.S. government regulatory reports and tax returns as required of any particular client. He evaluated and redesigned internal control systems, and implemented computer-based management information and accounting systems. He also participated as an instructor in numerous in-house, national and international training seminars for professional staff, managers and partners.
Enrique graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree majoring in finance and accounting, and has been a CPA since 1983.

Dénis Mitskevich: CIO and GM, Dejavoo Russia
Dénis brings both his practical and innovation experience in coordinated Software Development, QA, code testing and maintenance to Dejavoo engineering. As Chief Information Officer, he is in charge of Dejavoo Cloud systems, coordinating Dejavoo’s development teams around the globe. Using advanced cloud tools and techniques, Dejavoo is able to develop faster than any of its competitors, obtaining quicker certification and embarking on new initiatives.
Dénis received a Masters of Science in Applied Computer Science at Novosibirsk State Technical University in 2009. His first role was as a business analyst for Pinpay Payment System in 2007 and in 2011 he became project manager of ATM software development for retail points of cellphone operator Mobile Telephone Systems where he performed an introduction of a Scrum as a software development process in the company.
Dénis joined Dejavoo in 2014 as Product Manager of System Solutions and took part in the building of DeNovo, STEAM, SPIn Proxy and Dejavoo’s latest addition, DejaPayPro. As a team leader, along with the company CEO, Dénis helped to develop our new industry-leading POS On Cloud System which incorporates DeNovo mobile, DejaPay and DejaPayPro.

Venkatarama Kalyanaraman: CTO and GM, DeNovo India
Venkatarama is a payment industry veteran with 22 years experience. He successfully co-founded a 150K merchant acquiring business in India and sold the venture to Worldline. His international and cross-cultural business experience stems from being the regional technical director for VeriFone, Asia Pacific.

Kevin O'Connell: Relationship Manager
Kevin comes to Dejavoo in January 2018 as no stranger to the products we offer.
Having been in the MSP arena since early 2000, with companies like First Data, Vital (Now Tsys), NPC, Lead tech and support for sales ISO offices, as well as technical background including Microsoft A+ MCP certifications, he’s been using our product since Dejavoo’s inception, and beyond.
Prior to his experience in the Financial Services industries, Kevin is a veteran of the US Army Honor Guard, Ft Myer and Arlingon National Cemetary, Va, performing duties at the White House, Pentagon, and all throughout the nations capital.
Kevin has hobbies in exercise, crossfit, instructing group fitness, is a collector of all things comic book/DC/Marvel related, and enjoys the company of his dog Max, a mixed breed Lab rescue going on 6 years old.
After 2 years on our Sales force, Kevin has been chosen to lead the Sales and Support initiatives of our “DejapayPro” POS and DeNovo Systems, out of the new offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Kevin brings years of technical Merchant Service terminal, POS, and Gateway support to his position here and is continuing to grow our company in Puerto Rico.
